These terms govern your use of Wizkey software, website, and related services. By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the service, you agree to them.

Wizkey provides voice dictation, transcription, writing cleanup, and AI-assisted writing tools. You are responsible for the content you record, upload, generate, or share through the service and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Wizkey Pro is billed monthly in advance unless stated otherwise at checkout. You may manage or cancel a subscription through the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Do not use Wizkey unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to process content without required consent, to circumvent service limits, or to interfere with the service or its security.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Wizkey. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Wizkey is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
